Dural can repair and resurface all concrete balcony surfaces. Using diamond tipped grinders weather damaged, pitted or poorly finished balconies can easily be restored. Water infiltration issues can be permanently resolved by re-sloping of balcony surfaces and eliminate any water pooling. Precast balcony pockets and brackets can be filled and visually eliminated (permanently). Balcony edges and drip ledges can also be reconstructed. Precast staircases and landing can be ground and patched to look like new.
